Whether you shop in-store, online, or are a gift recipient, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy. Feel free to return your purchases if you are not completely satisfied with them, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price you paid (excluding the cost of shipping). Please note that all Jewelry and Fragrance purchases are Final and cannot be returned. Items must be unworn, unwashed, include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when they were purchased.

Quick and Simple Returns: We have three easy ways to return online merchandise. We will begin processing your return the day we receive your returned merchandise. Each bank handles card refunds differently, but your refund should show on your statement within 3-5 business days. Maybe sooner.

All sale merchandise 50% Off and greater is final sale.

In-Store

Return your purchase in person at our Downtown Location and one of our Style Advisors will be happy to help you process your refund, make an exchange for a different size, or select a new item.

Shipping Method of Your Choice

You can send items back via the shipping service of your choice to the below address. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Don’t forget to keep your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.
